Step 1 - Get in Touch
Fill out a simple form or call us for a 5 minute chat - either way, we'll have enough information to build the first draft of your brochure-style small business website.
Within 48 hours, we'll send you a link to a suggested homepage layout (free of charge). We chat with you to get your impressions and help you make a decision on whether you'd like to proceed. It's all very "non-salesy" and you're under no obligation to engage us as your website designer. But we do find that most of our clients are relieved to have a professional layout they can look at to kick off our discussions.
So sit back - relax - and let us take those first steps in helping you get your small business website online.
Step 2 - All the tweaks you need
After payment of the super-low website design fee of $499 (1 page website) or $899 (5 page website), we then work with you by phone - or email if you prefer - to make any changes to the site you require before it goes live.
Don't like the photos we've chosen? No worries - we'll swap them over until you're happy. Need different content? We'll happily integrate anything you send our way, or we can work with you to come up with content that Google loves.
Once you're happy with the site, you give us the go-ahead to make your website live.
Step 3 - Registering your domain
If you already have a domain name registered, we give you instructions on how to point your domain to your new website (or we can do it for you).
No domain yet? Don't worry - we register a domain for you and we do all the stuff in the background to integrate it with your new website. You still retain full ownership and control of the domain, as it's one of your most important digital assets.
Need a brand new email address to go with your site? You'll have the option to buy an email address (or more than one) to go with your new domain as well, and we send you super-simple instructions on how to add your new address to your regular email platform. (And don't forget - we're always here for you if you get stuck).
Step 4 - Ongoing maintenance
Once your site is live, we send you your own login details so you can update your site anytime you like. Not technically minded? Don't worry - it's super simple and we send you easy instructions to make sure you're up to speed.
We offer full support and can help with any changes you'd like to make. You can call us anytime or lodge a support ticket for extra help. There's no limit to how often you can ask for help - it's all included in your monthly website maintenance package.
Our ongoing website maintenance package is a super-low $59 a month plus GST - charged from the day your site goes live - and includes hosting, backups, support, ongoing on-page search engine optimisation, real-time traffic stats, and you can add an unlimited amount of pages to your site (or get us to add pages for you @ $120 per page).
